Respect For Client Autonomy
At Bakersfield Elite Massage, we prioritize the clients right to their autonomy and their right to make informed decisions about their healthcare. We obtain informed consent before any treatment begins, ensuring the client fully understands the procedures, potential risks and benefits. We respect client confidentiality and only share information as legally required. We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment that is free from judgement and discrimination.
Beneficence and Non-Maleficence
We strive to provide effective and beneficial care while minimizing any potential harm. Referrals to other healthcare professionals are made when appropriate, such as physicians or medical professionals. Client safety and well-being, in all aspects of this practice, are treated as high priority.
Advocacy for the Professionalism
We contribute to the positive image and reputation of the massage therapy profession. We advocate for ethical practices within the massage community.
Justice
We promise to treat all clients fairly and equally, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity , sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or any other personal characteristics. This includes providing equal access to care and avoiding any form of discrimination.
Continuing Education
At Bakersfield Elite Massage we engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest research techniques and best practices in massage therapy. This includes attending workshops, seminars, conferences and seeking mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Arriving At Your Appointment
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for parking purposes. FIRST TIME CLIENTS PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY
Deposits & Payments
A 50% Non-Refundable booking deposit is required. Deposit goes towards service. Remaining payments must be paid in cash. Virtual payments will be charged a $5 dollar deposit fee
Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations must be made to reschedule 48 hours in advance. Clients who give timely and proper communication will be allowed to credit their deposit towards another session. Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance without timely and proper communication will be considered "No Show" and will be charged a $10 No Show Fee when booking their next session.
Late Policies
We get it, life happens and therefore a 10 minute grace period is granted. Anything beyond 10 minutes will result in canceling or rescheduling our session
Scheduling
Scheduling must be made at least 3 days in advance and secured with a 50% booking deposit. It is client's responsibility to schedule accordingly. Please make sure you have open availability the day of your session
Inappropriate Behavior
Will not be tolerated. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination. Client will be banned from future bookings. And we reserve the right to file a report.
